What exactly do you help with in self-love coaching?
I help you reconnect with who you really are underneath the self-doubt, people-pleasing, and old patterns. Together, we work on dissolving limiting beliefs, shifting your inner voice, regulating your nervous system, and building a grounded sense of self-worth so you can feel confident, clear, and deeply rooted in self-love.
Is this different to therapy?
Therapy often focuses on past events and understanding why you feel the way you do. My coaching is forward-focused and combines mindset work, somatic tools like EFT, and energy healing to help you shift on a deep level. You won’t just talk about change – you’ll experience it.
I’ve read all the books and follow loads of self-help accounts. Why would I need a coach?
Knowing the information isn’t the same as embodying it. Coaching helps you bridge that gap. I hold space for the uncomfortable moments, help you get underneath the surface, and guide you with accountability, compassion, and personalised tools that move you forward.
Do I need to have a specific goal to work with you?
Not at all. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck or disconnected without knowing exactly what they need. You just have to be ready for change – even if you don’t know what that looks like yet. We’ll figure it out together.
Will we just be talking the whole time?
No! Although there will be a lot of talking, this isn’t just mindset work. My sessions often include a combination of coaching, EFT tapping, visualisation, somatic exercises, and energy healing. It’s deep, embodied, and transformational work that meets you where you are.
Do you only offer 12 week transformations or can you put together a custom package for me?

What if I’ve never done coaching before?
That’s totally okay – you don’t need any experience. I’ll guide you through everything step-by-step and make sure you feel safe, supported, and empowered from day one.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I offer 3-6 month payment plans as I believe this work should be accessible. Just reach out if you’d like to discuss what might work best for you.
