“Surely there’s more to life than this?”
That quiet question kept circling in my mind.
What started as a whisper of curiosity turned into a full-blown quest:
Why did I keep attracting the same types of relationships?
Why did life always feel like an uphill battle?
And deep down, was there something wrong with me – something broken that no one could see?

Hi, I’m Lisa, & I started Heal With Lisa guided by one mission:
To help women remember their worth and reconnect to the love within
I’m the kind of coach who believes healing doesn’t have to feel heavy, self-love isn’t selfish, and your quirks are often your greatest gifts. I’ll always hold space for you to feel safe in your truth while gently guiding you toward your growth.
My deep devotion to women on their self-love journey is rooted in lived experience. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself – to question your worth, your relationships, and your path. Whether you’re navigating heartbreak, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or just that quiet knowing that there has to be more to life than this. I’m here to remind you: you are not broken. You are just tired of wearing all the masks of who society told you you needed to be.
But I also know that learning to love yourself, like – really love yourself, isn’t always easy. It’s messy and confronting and layered. It can leave you wondering if you’ll ever feel truly enough, or if you’re just too much. It’s in those moments I want to walk alongside you – to help you unlearn the noise, reconnect with your truth, and remember the power that’s always been within you.

Cracking open your pain and leaving you to figure it out alone? Not my style
I know how to hold space for the messy, tender parts of your story, aka the parts that maybe haven’t ever felt fully seen or safe to surface.
We aren’t about forcing breakthroughs or bypassing your pain with quick-fix positivity. No. It’s about gently unlearning, softening, and healing in a way your nervous system can actually handle.
I’m here to walk beside you as you remember who you were before you were told to be smaller, quieter, or “easier to love.” Whilst you explore what’s underneath the patterns, the people-pleasing, the self-doubt and together, we begin to rewrite the story.
I’m an advocate for the holistic approach. You cannot think yourself to a new way of being, we have to process our patterns, stories and beliefs both logically and somatically, or else the changes won’t stick and you’ll end up in the same space you started!
I combine powerful coaching with healing tools like EFT, Kundalini activation, and other somatic techniques to help shift the patterns you’ve carried for years.

I don’t believe in pushing or perfecting
- I believe in softening
- I believe in the safety of being fully and truly seen
- I believe in taking up space in your own life and learning to feel good in your own skin again
Self-love isn’t an external destination, nor is it a checklist or something you simply “do.”
It’s a quiet knowing, a set of sacred truths that walk beside you.
The peace you’re looking for has always been within. Let’s find your way back there, together.
my story so far
After years of being a self-certified people pleaser - never saying no, always putting others first - I hit breaking point

A chronic health diagnosis and a hospital bed became my wake-up call. If not now, when?
I lived with a loud inner critic who held me to impossible standards and confused “tolerating” with “loving.” I thought staying silent and shrinking myself was how to be in a relationship both with others and with life.
I could see other women living differently. Women with high standards. Women who respected themselves. I didn’t want the cliché “she loves herself” kind of energy, I just wanted to be someone who quietly, powerfully backed herself.
To me, that’s what embodied self-love is. It’s saying yes, or no, based on what I want – even if it lets people down. It’s releasing the need for external validation because I’ve learned how to give that to myself. It’s having the courage to speak up – especially when it matters most.
Once I discovered this new way of being, I knew I had to share it. Because I’ll never forget how it felt to be the old version of me and I don’t want any other woman to feel that way either.
At Heal with Lisa, I help women reconnect with themselves, reclaim their voices, and learn to love who they are, one part at a time.
You deserve to walk into any room with a quiet confidence, knowing exactly who you are and what you bring
and that you no longer need to shrink, prove, or people-please to be worthy of love
Through my gentle, trauma-informed approach – blending coaching, nervous system regulation, and somatic healing – we’ll guide you back to the woman you were always meant to be.
By exploring your inner world, rewriting the patterns that kept you small, and reclaiming your voice piece by piece, you’ll start showing up with unshakable self-respect and experience life, love, and relationships on your terms.
“I’ve watched myself grow so much in such a short space of time
Our sessions have been invaluable to me. I’ve watched myself grow so much in such a short space of time. I’ve done things I previously thought were out of the question for me.
I can clearly see where I want to be now—and I know I will get there. It’s no longer a matter of if, but when.
I’ll never forget where it all started. Thank you 🩷”
